CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 61-year-old, female resident of Mill Valley, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation for facial rejuvenation. She underwent a temporal eyebrow lift, upper lid eyelift and a facelift with a TCA chemical peel. Her goal was to have a more youthful appearance. Her lower eyelid surgery was accomplished through an external incision and muscular tightening with tightening of the lower eyelids. Her facelift included a SMASectomy to reduce the volume in her face. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
