CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 58-year-old, female resident of San Francisco who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for facial rejuvenation. She underwent a facelift, upper and lower eyelid lift, endoscopic brow lift and a TCA chemical peel. Her lower eyelid lift was performed through a transconjunctival approach, which is through the inside of the eyelid, and a pinch excision of skin. The lower face had transection of the platysma around the neck, approximately 70%, with central tightening underneath her chin. The eyebrow elevation was 8 millimeters on her right and 7 millimeters on her left. Her surgical procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
