CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 65-year-old resident of Sonoma, California who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County, California for evaluation for her eyelids. Her complaints were heaviness around the upper eyelids and the fullness of the lower lids. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift and a lower eyelid lift or blepharoplasty at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note that she did not have an upper lid blepharoplasty, but due to the elevation of the brows it looks as though the upper lids were done as well. I like to keep the upper lids as natural as possible, as seen in this patient.
