CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 34-year-old, male resident of the Bay Area, San Francisco, who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for an evaluation for a neck lift. He complained of fullness around his neck and the lack of definition of his jaw line. In addition, he wanted a stronger male profile. A silicone chin implant was suggested. He underwent a neck left, which included liposuction of the neck region, a platysma muscle tightening and mastoid jaw definition suture. He also had a medium anatomic silicone chin implant. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Notice the better angle of his jaw line.
