CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 39-year-old resident of San Rafael, California, who presented to the Marin County office in Novato, California for evaluation of his neck. His primary complaint was his small, or hypoplastic chin and the fullness of his neck. He underwent chin implant surgery using a silicone chin implant- anatomic type. He, in addition, had a neck lift, which consisted of liposuction of the neck, platysma tightening and a mastoid neck contouring suture. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County. The photographs were taken one year after surgery. Note the improvement in his chin projection and the definition of his neck.
