This is a 60 y.o. female who presents with facial aging. Her goal is to achieve a more youthful and natural look. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. She has also had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), endoscopic browlift, chin implant, and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
