CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 44-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, in Sonoma County, who presented to the Novato office for evaluation for a small chin and unattractive neck contour. Her primary complaints were her small chin and the redundant skin of her neck. She did not want a facelift, but better definition and balance between her chin and neck. She underwent a silicone anatomic chin implant with a neck lift. The contour neck lift was performed with a combination of liposuction to her neck, platysma tightening and a mastoid neck contouring suture. Her photographs are seen nine months after surgery. Her procedures were performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
