CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 52-year-old, San Francisco, California resident who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation of the upper face. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift and an upper and lower eyelid lift, or blepharoplasty. The endoscopic brow lift elevated her brows 6 millimeters bilaterally. The lower eyelid lift was performed through an external incision with fat repositioning in the tear trough region and muscle tightening.
