This is a 64-year-old resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation of the upper face. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift with Artefill injections in the nasolabial folds. She had approximately 0.8 cc of Artefill injected into each side. Artefill is a permanent injection filler. The lower eyelid lift was performed with an external incision with lateral canthus and muscle tightening. The endoscopic brow lift raised her eyebrow on her right side 9 millimeters and her left side 7 millimeters. Her procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, Novato, California. Note the gentle elevation of the brows and the overall more youthfulness of her lower lids.
