CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 24 y.o. female who is 55? and weighs 125 lbs and presents for a breast reduction. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction technique. Her size went from DDD to a size C-cup. The photographs are seen 6 months after her surgery.
