CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 44 y.o. female who is 58? and weighs 205 lbs; she presents for a breast reduction. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction technique. She went from a size J to a size D-cup. The photographs are seen 6 months after her surgery and note the scar to be fading nicely.
