CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 48 y.o. female who is 56? and weighs 155 lbs; she presents for a breast reduction. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction technique. She went from a size DDD to a size C-cup. The photographs are seen 4 months after her surgery and note the scar to be fading nicely.
