CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 32 y.o. female who is 55? and weighs 133 lbs who presents for a breast reduction. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction technique. She was reduced from a size E to small D. The photographs are seen 8 months after her surgery and note the scar to be fading nicely. She has poor quality skin which is seen by the extensive stretch marks and will not hold up over time.
