CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 58 y.o. female who is 54? and weighs 148 lbs who presents for a breast reduction. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction technique. She went from a size DDD to size C. The photographs are seen 8 months after her surgery and note the scar to be fading nicely.
