CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 42-year-old resident of San Francisco. She presents to Marin County office for breast reduction. She is seen ten years after her initial surgery for an inverted T breast reduction. The initial size of her breast were DD. She was reduced down to a C cup and over the next ten years she gradually gained weight and fat content in her breasts. Note over the years the good shape of her breasts persists.
