This is a 32 y.o. female 57? and 145 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 500 cc on the right and 450 on the left. The implants have a different profile and are smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 8 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 38A/B to 38DD.
