This is a 43 y.o. female 57? and 130 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 400 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 36A to 36D.
