This is a 43y.o. female 56? and 125 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 375 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 7 months after surgery. Note how the deflated tissue has been expanded with the implant to give a natural and balanced appearance. Her cup size went from 36A to 36C+.
