This is a 42 y.o. female 56? and 131 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 350 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 36B- to 36C+.
