This is a 32 y.o. female 56? and 145 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 450 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 5 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 38B to 38D.
