This is a 28 y.o. female 510 and 135 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 350 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 7 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 38A+ to 38C+.
