This is a 19 y.o. female 56? and 121 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 425 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 32B to 32D.
