This is a 37 y.o. female 54? and 131 lbs who had duel-plane breast augmentation through an areola incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 300 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her incision is healing well. Note that she has a loss of volume and laxity of the skin. The left breast is lower and wider. The breast implants have created balance and a natural look. Her cup size went from 36B to 36C+.
