This is a 22 y.o. female 53? and 128 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 450 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 8 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 32B to 32D.
