Case #0020

This is a 45 y.o. female 55? and 138 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 350 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Note the wide gap between the breast cleavage and how the implants have narrowed that distance. The breast looks natural and well proportioned. Her cup size went from 32B to 32D-.
