This is a 43 y.o. female 57? and 135 lbs who had a duel-plane breast augmentation through an areola incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 400 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her incision is healing well. Note the complete loss of volume and how the breast implant have filled out the breast in a balanced and natural way. Her cup size went from 32B to 32C+.
