This is a 26 y.o. female 56? and 115 lbs who had breast augmentation through an inferior mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 450 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 32B to 32DD.
