Case #0067

This is a 38 y.o. female 55? and 138 lbs with mild breast laxity. She had a duel-plane breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision. The breast implants are 450ccs smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 8 months after surgery. Note that the skin laxity is at the limit before a breast lift would be required. If she had desired the breast mound to be higher and excepting of the additional incisions a breast lift would have been required. Her cup size went from 32B to 32C+.
