This is a 31 y.o. female 54? and 140 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 525 ccs smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 32B to 32D+.
