This is a 35 y.o. female 55? and 130 lbs who had breast augmentation through an areola incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 450ccs smooth silicone implants. She has breast ptosis with the nipples slightly turning downward. She did not want a breast lift and therefore a duel-plant breast augmentation was performed. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her incision is well healed. Her cup size went from 32B to 32DD.
