CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 34-year-old, female resident of Oakland, California. She presented to the San Francisco office location at Union Square for an evaluation for breast augmentation. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has one child. She did not want the incisions for a breast lift. She had a fifty-pound weight loss. She underwent a dual-plane breast augmentation using Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 300 ccs inflated up to 325 ccs on the left side and 350 ccs on the right side. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. She went from a size B to a C+.
