CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 35-year-old, female resident of Santa Rosa, California. She presented to the Novato office in Marin County for an evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 109 pounds. She is the mother of two. She did not want the scars of a breast lift. She underwent a dual-plane breast augmentation using Mentor normal-saline breast implants. The base size was 325 ccs inflated up to 390 ccs bilaterally. The surgical approach was through a peri-areolar incision with sub muscular position of the implants in a dual-plane position. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her breast size went from a size B to a C+ cup size.
