CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 32-year-old, female resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office location at Union Square for evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 129 pounds. She is the mother of four. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor silicone gel breast implants of size 325 cc bilaterally. The surgical approach was a peri-areolar incision with sub muscular implant placement. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. She went from a size A to a B+.
