CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 23-year-old, female resident of San Francisco who presented to the San Francisco office location at Union Square for evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 105 pounds. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using 290 ccs, Mentor High Profile, normal-saline breast implants inflated up to 325 cc bilaterally. She underwent a peri-areolar incision approach with sub-muscular placement of the breast implants. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her size went from a size A cup to a C cup.
