CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 26-year-old resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for breast augmentation. She is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. She underwent breast enlargement with Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 350 ccs inflated up to 410 ccs bilaterally. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. The approach was a peri-areolar incision with a sub-muscular position of the breast implants. She went from an A cup to a C cup.
