CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 39-year-old, San Francisco, California resident who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for an arm lift. She lost 90 pounds of weight after bariatric surgery. She complains of the laxity of tissue in the upper arm which is often seen in massive weight loss patients. She underwent an arm lift, or brachioplasty, with an extension into the axilla and the upper back area. She has a nice, normal silhouette to her arms and axillae and her scars are well-placed. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Her surgery was done at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
