This patient is a 55-year-old male who presents with a grade 3?4 gynecomastia and undergoes a free nipple double incision mastectomy (skin excision and nipple repositioning). He is seen approximately five months after surgery. Note how the incisions have faded very nicely and the nice contour of his chest.
