CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 57-year-old, female resident of Tiburon, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for facial rejuvenation. She underwent a facelift, upper and lower lid eyelid lift, eyebrow lift and a chin implant. She complained primarily of her jowling on presentation. She had a transconjunctival eyelid lift with lateral muscle tightening. She had a Composite-type facelift, which is elevating the skin and the deep layer as one composite component with elevation of her brows, 5 millimeters on her right and 7 millimeters on her left. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
