This is a 65 y. o. female who presents with the aging of her lower face. She is concerned about her redundant neck skin. I explained that a chin implant would offer a better balance, especially on profile. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, chin augmentation and a TCA chemical peel.
