This is a 71 y. o. female who had previous facelift surgery present with concerns of a golf ball size soft tissue on the lower face. She is also wanting more facial volume. The soft tissue fullness in the lower cheek is a prominent buccal fat pad. She had a modern-day SMAS which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. She had fat injections to the face buccal fat pad reduction. She is seen 3 month after surgery.
