This is a 63 y. o. female who presents with the aging face. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. She has also had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), and a rhinoplasty. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
