This is a 47 y. o. female with early facial aging. Her goal is to achieve an overall more youthful appearance. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. She also had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), endoscopic brow lift and fat injections to the face. She is seen 4 months after surgery. Note the overall youthful look.
