This is a 70 y. o. female who presents with the primary complaints of jowls and lack of neck definition. She had a modern-day facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had fat injections to her face for volume rejuvenation and a pre-jowl chin implant. She is seen 9 months after surgery.
