This is a 62 y. o. female who presents with the aging face. Her concern is the aging around her eyes and jowls. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), fat injection, chin augmentation, and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
