This is a 67 y. o. female who presents with the aging face. She complains of the sun damage to her skin. She feels that her face is thin without a youthful appearance. She has had facial surgery in the past. Her surgery consisted of a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. She also had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), a rhinoplasty, fat injections to the face, TCA chemical peels, and laser resurfacing of the upper lip. She is seen 8 months after surgery.
