This is a 65 y.o. female who complains of the severe sun damage to the skin and gravitational aging. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), an endoscopic eyebrow lift, a pre-jowl chin implant, and a TCA peel. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
