This is a 45 y. o. female who presents with the aging face. Her primary complaint was the early jowl formation and the skin laxity of the neck. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
Note the natural fullness in the cheek area and the elegant jaw-line.
