CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 48-year-old resident of San Francisco, California, who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for facial aging. Her primary complaints were the aging face and her small, aging chin. She underwent a full facelift, which included an endoscopic browlift, upper and lower lid eyelid lift and a face and neck lift. She also underwent a chin implant, which was an anatomic, medium-sized silicone implant. Her photographs are seen at nine months after surgery. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
