This is a 61 y. o. female who presents with the aging face. She had a modern-day SMAS ( Superficial Muscularaponeurtic System) facelift. This includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had a chin implant. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
