CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 58-year-old San Rafael resident who was seen at the Novato office in Marin County for breast reduction. She is 5 feet 4 inches, 148 pounds. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction at the Marin County Surgery Center. She had 400 grams removed from her right and 600 from her left side. She went from a size DDD to size C. The photographs are seen eight months after her surgery and note the scar to be fading nicely.
